Creative Composition Workshop
In this workshop, we approach writing music as a process of listening to sound, to silence, and to each other. Through improvisation, structured exercises, and collaborative exploration, we open space for new ideas to emerge.
Drawing from jazz, global traditions, and contemporary practices, the workshop supports you in developing your own voice rather than imitating an existing style.
This is a space for curiosity, vulnerability, and creative courage.

Composer / arranger
I compose and arrange music for ensembles, collaborative projects, and interdisciplinary contexts.
My work is informed by jazz, intercultural collaboration, and sustained study of West African and Irish musical traditions. I am particularly interested in rhythmic interplay, jazz harmony, strong melodic identity, and dynamic range.
As an arranger, I focus on clarity, depth, and making space for the distinct character of each musician, while respecting the composer’s artistic vision and following what the music itself seeks to become.

Artistic Director
As an artistic director, I work closely with musicians and creative teams to guide recording projects, concerts, and other musical productions toward their full potential. My role is to support, clarify, and enhance the artist’s vision, helping the music to find its most compelling, authentic expression.
I bring a combination of musical insight, practical experience, and a deep understanding of the creative process. Whether shaping the overall arc of a concert program, advising on arrangement and instrumentation, or overseeing recording sessions, my goal is always to make the artist’s work stronger, clearer, and more impactful.
I focus on:
Respecting and amplifying the artistic vision of each project
Ensuring clarity, and emotional depth in performance and recording
Supporting musicians and production teams with practical guidance and creative insight
Balancing attention to detail with a sense of openness and trust in the music
